Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise the next working day. Because we don't take card payment on the site, your items are reserved as soon as you order and posted once your payment clears — you'll get the payment steps by email the moment you place the order.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within the estimated window, get in touch and we'll chase the courier.
