This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short and we don't sell your data — ever.

Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC and consumer-law obligations. Support emails are kept for up to two years. We don't keep data longer than we need to.
We share your delivery details with our courier (Royal Mail & DPD) purely to deliver your parcel, and with our accountant for tax. We never sell or rent your data.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving the font files. We use no advertising or analytics trackers. See our cookies page for the cookies we set.
You have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month.
