Terms & conditions

Last updated: 2 March 2026

These terms cover your use of victoryden.uk and any order you place with us. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Victory Den Retail Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No 09846217, VAT GB 284 7761 05), registered office Unit 5, Clemens Court, Clemens Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2DL. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Victory Den Retail Ltd.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced — and will refund any payment taken in that case.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We don't process card payments on the website; after ordering we email payment instructions (bank transfer or PayPal) and reserve your items while you pay. Ownership passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail & DPD. Estimated times are on our delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and warranty

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out on our returns page and are in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product condition

Pre-owned items are described honestly and graded by hand. Photographs and descriptions are provided in good faith; minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition is to be expected on used goods.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales and subject to the courts of England & Wales. We are not obliged to use an alternative dispute-resolution provider, but if a dispute cannot be settled we'll always try to resolve it fairly first.
